Membership Terms
Memberships allow unlimited washes for one vehicle per month and are charged automatically to the payment method provided at signup.
By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following:
- Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled.
- You authorize Icon Car Wash to bill your saved payment method until cancellation.
- Each membership is valid for one vehicle and may not be transferred.
- Changes or cancellations must be completed through the online Member Portal.
Membership fees are non-refundable. Partial month refunds are not provided.
Vehicle Requirements and Liability
To ensure safe operation of our equipment, vehicles must meet posted height, width, and clearance limits. Vehicles with certain modifications or damage may not be eligible for entry. Please review all signage before entering the wash tunnel.
Icon Car Wash is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Pre-existing vehicle damage
- Loose, cracked, or faulty parts
- Aftermarket accessories
- Non-standard modifications
- Items left unsecured on or inside the vehicle
- Weather-related conditions
Guests must ensure their vehicle is in proper working order before entering the wash.
